Please note all Countries outside the USA or Canada are responsible for customs and import duties that may apply, additional shipping costs may apply....
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Return & Exchange Policies
The artwork needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the painting
- Proper packaging is essential for a refund.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned items, credit card refunds can take between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
- Please note we DO NOT offer refunds for customized paintings. As your painting will not be shipped until it meets your approval, to begin with.
- All paintings are tracked.
- If your item is damaged, contact us immediately and take pictures of the damaged painting and packaging. This is required to process the return or exchange.
- We appreciate you as a valued customer and strive to build a lasting relationship for all your future home and office décor needs. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us right away, and Contemporary Artistry will promptly resolve the matter
Cancellation Policy
We start on your order immediately; all custom-made paintings are 100% refundable within the first 48 hrs of placing the order . After that, a 15% charge will apply. After 7 days there is a 30 percent cancellation charge that applies.
